Martina Sorberra’s band, Dragonette, hails from Toronto. She is a riot and definitely doesn’t take herself too seriously. You can tell she loves performing when you see her live. She is still touring.

I really love the Dream Pop genre. Its slow and dreamy. Say Lou Lou are twin sisters from Australia and Sweden. Their father, Steve Kilbey, was the lead singer for The Church. They released their first album in 2012 and are still touring.
Veela, based in British Columbia, is a multi-talented vocalist with an amazing voice. And she’s weird, which is probably why I like her so much.
